Services of orders transfer via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

The service of order transfer via Electronic Data Interchange consists in remotely exchanging Electronic Data between the company and the bank via the e-banking channel, which is already operational.
What does the EDI files transfer solution consist of?
The WEB EDI solution enables the bank’s clients to transfer files under reasonably secure conditions.
The implemented services are intended for the bank’s corporate clients in accordance with the EDI transfer standard provisions established by the Bank of Algeria.
NB : The bank’s clients must be authorised to access the e-Banking service (Web authorization) in order to use the new EDI file transfer service.
How can I access the EDI file transfer service?
a - New subscribers :
For new subscribers, access to the file transfer service requires prior subscription to e-Banking services. The client must approach the agency where their accounts are held and request subscriptions to internet e-Banking services and WEB EDI services.
The agency will then provide them with a username and a personal password which will allow them to access the services they subscribed to.
b - Old internet service subscribers :
If you are already subscribed to the bank's internet e-Banking service, contact your bank branch to request a subscription to the WEB EDI services.

Par Internet :
- La prestation Internet est disponible 7j/7et 24h/24.
- Elle vous permet la consultation en ligne de vos comptes et téléchargement des mouvements au débit et crédit.
Par téléphone :
Ce service permet de consulter le solde et les mouvements du compte via le téléphone. Pour écouter les messages préconfigurés du serveur vocal du CPA un numéro spécial est à la disposition de l’abonné, il suffit de former le 021.65.52.39.
Par SMS :
Ce service permet aux abonnés de recevoir périodiquement, par SMS, le solde de leurs comptes ainsi que des informations sur les transactions effectuées.
Par Fax :
Le service fax consiste à informer les abonnés de leurs mouvements bancaires de la semaine. L’abonné reçoit par fax son relevé de compte hebdomadaire de toutes les transactions effectuées.
Comment Bénéficier du service banque à distance (e-Banking)?
Il vous suffit de souscrire un contrat d’abonnement aux présentations Banque à distance auprès de votre agence domiciliataire.
Durée de l'abonnement:
L’abonnement est souscrit pour une durée d’une année et prend effet à l’adhésion.
Toutefois, si l’abonné souhaite résilier son abonnement avant échéance, il doit le notifier par écrit à la Banque.
