Remote Banking Solutions

Remote Banking Solutions The Popular Credit of Algeria offers its clients an e-banking solution, allowing them to securely consult their accounts, track banking operations in real time, and carry out transactions remotely.

The e-banking service includes the submission of « Single and Multiple Remote Transfers ». This remote banking service enables the bank’s clients (individuals and/or businesses) to use an e-Banking access channel via the Internet or CPA Mobile to initiate, authorize, and transmit transfer orders remotely without visiting a bank branch.

In other words, the bank, through e-Banking, handles the processing of digital transfer orders submitted by its clients for processing, either as Interbank transfers (via the ATCI system, excluding the ARTS system) or Interbank transfers (account-to-account within the same branch or between branches).

What Can You Do with an E-Banking Subscription?

If you wish to subscribe to e-Banking, your branch will provide you with a confidential code and username for secure access.

With e-Banking, you have a complete view of all your accounts 24/7.

The e-Banking service allows you to:

  • Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Request a chequebook remotely.
  • Initiate, authorize, and transmit single or multiple transfer orders at any time and from anywhere via the Internet.
  • Track the status of submitted single or multiple transfer orders until execution by the bank.

How to Subscribe to E-Banking

To use the e-Banking service, you must:

  • Hold one or more accounts with the bank.
  • Have already subscribed to e-Banking.
  • Have enrolled in the single and/or multiple remote transfer order service.

Note:

Access to the e-Banking service requires entering your Personal Identifier and Confidential Password via the virtual keyboard provided by the bank during subscription. This provides an additional layer of security compared to a standard keyboard.
