With the CPA’s e-payment service, you can make purchases online or pay your bills remotely in a more secure manner on merchant websites in Algeria.
What is E-CP@?
E-CP@ is a service linked to the CPA CIB card and allows you to securely carry out online payment transactions via the internet on Algerian merchant websites that accept CIB interbank card payments.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I subscribe to the E-CP@ service?
- Visit your bank branch;
- Request your CPA CIB card: Classic / Gold, Corpor@te, or Corpor@te+;
- Sign the subscription agreement at your local branch;
- Your e-CP@ will be activated automatically once you have signed the agreement.
The OTP Protocol:
OTP (One-Time Password) is a dynamic password used to secure online transactions made by CIB card holders (Classic / Gold) and (Corpor@te / Corpor@te+). It is valid for one single transaction only.
You will receive a new password for each e-payment transaction.
What you need to know:
If you change your mobile phone number, you must visit your bank branch to update it.
Incorrect password entry:
If the OTP code is entered incorrectly (3) three times in a row, the transaction will be cancelled and the CIB card will be suspended from online payment services for (1) one hour.
