The 'Mobile CPA' service online from your smartphone or tablet allows you to:
- Check the balance of your accounts (Dinar, foreign currency, savings) and your transaction history;
- Securely perform domestic transfers (under one (01) million dinars) remotely for the benefit of one or multiple beneficiaries without visiting your home branch (including those held at CPA and also those held at other banks);
- Order your checkbook remotely;
- Receive your Bank Details (RIB) by SMS or email;
- Securely contact your branch by email or phone.
With the "Mobile CPA" application, you can also:
- Locate all our branches and determine the exact route to your home branch;
- Monitor the curve of your balance evolution;
- Convert currencies;
- Personalize your accounts.
How to benefit from the "Mobile CPA" service?
You simply need to subscribe to the "e-banking" service at your home branch and join the "Mobile CPA" service by signing the relevant contract.
Subscription Duration:
The subscription is taken out for a period of one year and takes effect upon joining.
However, if the subscriber wishes to terminate their subscription before its expiry, they must notify the Bank in writing.
