The CPA/VISA Gold card is a secure, personalised, immediate debit card for international use, equipped with contactless technology. The CPA/VISA Gold card is an excellent means of payment and withdrawal that offers user comfort.

 

Eligibility terms

To benefit from this product, clients must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a foreign currency account and a dinar account at the bank;
  • Sign a contract.

With the CPA VISA Gold card, you can make your online payments securely thanks to the OTP (One-Time Password) security and authentication system. This single-use code allows you to pay for goods and services online with full confidence and peace of mind, as well as:

  • Make withdrawal and payment transactions 24h/24 and 7d/7;
  • Check your account balance at ATMs;
  • Receive SMS notifications on card transactions and account balance;
  • Benefit from enhanced transaction security.

With the CPA/VISA Gold card, you can make your online payments securely. Thanks to the online payment service with OTP (One-Time Password), you can purchase goods and services online with confidence.

 

What is the OTP password?

The strong authentication process using one-time passwords (OTP) ensures the security of each transaction. For every online payment, you automatically receive a temporary password via SMS or email at the address associated with your card. This password is valid for a single transaction only, which enhances the protection of your personal information.

Making online payments via OTP offers several advantages:

  • Convenient: You won't need to remember passwords and online payments will be simpler;
  • Secure: It enhances the authentication process and the security of online payment transactions.

CPA/VISA card cost

The annual fee of your CPA/VISA card is set at 9,000 DZD per year.

 

Timeframe for obtaining the CPA/VISA card

The average timeframe for obtaining the CPA/VISA Gold card is approximately fifteen days.

 

Validity of the CPA/VISA card

The CPA/VISA Gold card is valid for three (3) years and is automatically renewed.

 

Replacement timeframe for a lost, stolen, or damaged card

The average replacement timeframe for a lost or stolen card is approximately fifteen days.

To receive your CPA/VISA card, please contact your local branch.

 

Payment and withdrawal limits

The pricing conditions applicable to this product are defined by the Bank’s general terms and conditions.

  • Card activation = Free
  • Balance inquiry = Free
  • ATM withdrawal = 1,000 DZD per transaction

 

Payment via EPT / online / reimbursement:

  • For clients: 500 DZD per transaction
  • PIN code reset is free

 

VISA Gold card limits:

  • Daily payment limit:
    • Amount: 1,500 EUR / Number: 10 transactions
  • Daily withdrawal limit:
    • Amount: 550 EUR / Number: 07 transactions
  • Daily online payment limit:
    • Amount: 1,500 EUR / Number: 06 transactions

 

  • Contactless payment limit in EUR
  • Number: 20 transactions/day
  • Amount: 200 EUR
  • Contactless payment limit in USD:
  • Number: 20 transactions/day
  • Amount: 219 USD
