Choose the CPA CIB Card to pay for your purchases and services at Electronic Payment Terminals (EPTs) and to withdraw cash from any ATM connected to the CIB interbank electronic payment and interoperability network.
What is the CPA CIB Classic Card?
- The CPA CIB card is an excellent means of payment and cash withdrawal. The Classic CIB Card offers you convenience, with a spending limit tailored to your needs.
Validity of the CPA CIB Classic Card:
- Your card is valid for three (03) years. It is automatically renewed unless cancelled by your bank.
- The CIB card is automatically renewed unless otherwise specified by the holder, two (02) months before its expiration date.

Withdrawal:
- You can withdraw up to 70,000 DZD per week from ATMs, with a maximum of 05 transactions during the same period.
Payment and e-payment
- You can carry out up to 10 payment transactions via EPT (Electronic Payment Terminals) for a total amount of up to 100,000 DZD per week.
- For online payments, you can carry out up to 10 payment transactions for a total amount of up to 200,000 DZD per week.
What you need to know:
- Reissuing the PIN Code (PIN)
If you forget or lose your PIN code, please visit your bank branch to request a reissue.
- In case of incorrect debit:
For any claims, please keep all receipts issued by the merchant for three months.
- In case of loss or theft of your CIB card:
Oppose your card immediately by calling the SATIM Call Centre on: 30 20 and the Monetary Call Centre on: 3366.
- Then confirm the card opposition at your bank branch.
- If the PIN code is lost or forgotten, or if the card is blocked or damaged: Contact your bank branch.
- In case your CIB card is retained
If the ATM retains your card, contact the ATM manager or call the SATIM Call Center at: 3020, or the monetary call center at 3366.
