Any individual of Algerian nationality residing in Algeria is eligible for a home loan to acquire a Public Promotional Housing "LPP" unit, provided they meet the following criteria:
• Home Ownership: The applicant and their spouse must not own a residential property or a plot of land for construction.
• No Previous Financial Aid: The applicant and their spouse must not have previously received state financial aid for the construction or purchase of a home.
• Income Level for the Preferential Loan: The income level must be greater than 6 times and less than or equal to twelve (12) times the Guaranteed National Minimum Wage (GNMW).Documents to Provide:
- Loan application form (to be completed at the Branch);
- Family civil status record;
- Copy of biometric identity card;
- Certificate of residence;
- Copy of the allocation decision for a Public Promotional Housing "LPP" unit issued by the National Real Estate Development Enterprise ENPI.
For salaried applicants:
Pay slips for the last three (03) months;
• Recent employment certificate;
• Annual Salary Declaration (DAS) for private sector employees.For non-salaried applicants:
Proof of business activity (commercial register or approval);
• Tax certificate (C20 Series for the last three fiscal years);
• Cleared notice of assessment or a repayment schedule.For retirees:
• Proof of income issued by the National Retirement Fund CNR
